      Personal data are kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and, in particular:

      • data relating to contact requests are kept for the time necessary to handle the request and, subsequently, for the period possibly required by applicable law;
      • data relating to resellers are kept for the duration of any commercial relationship and within the terms provided for by legal obligations.

      6. Recipients of the data

      Personal data may be processed by authorised persons and by service providers acting as Data Processors, including:

      • the website’s hosting and e-mail service provider (Register.it / TeamBlue);
      • any technology service providers supporting the operation of the website.

      Any purchase of products takes place on an external e-commerce platform (Shopify), which is subject to its own separate privacy policy. Personal data are not disseminated or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes without the data subject’s consent.
